Terrible Saturday morning

It was around 6 P.M on Friday. My best friend who is Korean calls me and he asked me to go to Eaton Center with him. His family is really rich and he drives a luxury car. He told to go and pick him up but unfortunately my car had problem and the breaks didn’t work. After all this happening we decided to go to the mall by subway. He told me he knows how he can reach to Bloor station. We decided to meet each other on 10 A.M Saturday. I took the subway and I reached to Bloor station at 10:15 A.M. I was waiting for my friend and it was almost 10:15. It was too late and I was tried. I called him like 30 times but he didn’t pick up the phone. Around 12 P.M he called and said “sorry Payam I was sleeping on the subway and now I am in York dale station. I told him how he can come to Bloor station and after 20 minutes he came to Bloor station. We went to the mall and he started to buy cloths. He went to the cash to pay for it, but somebody stole his wallet in the subway. In total, I had a terrible Saturday morning because I was waiting for him like 3 hours.

Man, that's a frustrating day. It's annoying to spend a Saturday like that, after all the work of the week.

Sometimes it just happens that all your plans become difficult to accomplish because of little things that get in the way. I like to try to find ways to relax and laugh at times like that, to say "oh well, it couldn't be -- let's try to do something else."

If I were at the Eaton Centre and totally frustrated and angry, I would probably walk down Queen West a couple of blocks to the Rex (see the link on our blog page) to get beer and listen to music . . .
